Personal data processed by Marly Grav
We process your personal data because you have requested information or because you have registered for the event.

Below you will find an overview of the personal data that we may process, depending on the form you have filled out (information request/registration Meewind Koers):

  • First and last name

  • Gender

  • Date of birth

  • Address details

  • Phone number

  • Email address

  • IP address

  • Location data

  • Data about your activities on our website

  • Browser fingerprint

  • Bank account number

  • Other personal data that you actively provide, for example by creating a profile on this website, in correspondence, and by phone

Special and/or sensitive personal data processed by Marly Grav
Our website does not intend to collect data on website visitors who are younger than 16 years old unless they have permission from their parents or guardians. However, we cannot verify whether a visitor is older than 16. We therefore advise parents to be involved in the online activities of their children, to prevent data from being collected about children without parental consent. If you are convinced that we have collected personal data about a minor without that consent, please contact us at info@marlygrav.com, and we will delete this information.

For what purpose does Marly Grav process personal data
We process personal data for the following purposes:

  • To handle your registration/request and/or payment.

  • To call or email you with information about the event.

  • To inform you about (changes to) our event. You can always unsubscribe from this via a link in the email.

  • To send the newsletters and mailings you have subscribed to.

  • To create an account for you after you have registered.

  • To tailor our offers of promotions and events to your preferences based on your browsing behavior. We do this only with your consent (through approval of the Cookie statement).

Automated decision-making
Marly Grav does not make decisions based on automated processing (algorithms) that could have adverse effects on you.

How long Marly Grav retains personal data
Personal data may not be retained longer than necessary. The retention period depends on the purpose for which we received or collected the data and any legal obligations to retain data. If you have any questions about this, you can contact info@marlygrav.com.

Sharing personal data by Marly Grav with third parties
We share your personal data with business partners and third parties if this is necessary for executing the agreement and to comply with any legal obligations. Also in some other cases, we provide your personal data to third parties, but we do this only with your explicit consent.

With companies that process your data on our behalf, we enter into a processor agreement to guarantee the same level of security and to protect the confidentiality of your data. We remain responsible for these processes.

Suppliers
We use various suppliers who process personal data on behalf of Moev Events. A processor agreement has been concluded with each party.

Google Analytics
We have entered into a processor agreement with Google. The data we collect in Google Analytics is anonymized and encrypted. The so-called 'data sharing' with Google is turned off. Finally, we do not use Analytics cookies in combination with other Google services.

Viewing, adjusting or deleting data
You have the right to view, correct, or delete your personal data. In addition, you have the right to withdraw your consent for data processing or to object to the processing of your personal data by Meewind Koers, and you have the right to data portability. This means you can submit a request to us to transfer the personal data we have about you in a computer file to you or another organization you name.

You can send a request for access, correction, deletion, data transfer of your personal data, or a request to withdraw your consent or objection to the processing of your personal data to info@marlygrav.com.

To ensure that the request for access has been made by you, we ask you to send a copy of your identity document with the request. In this copy, black out your passport photo, MRZ (machine-readable zone, the strip with numbers at the bottom of the passport), passport number, and citizen service number (BSN). This is to protect your privacy. We will respond as soon as possible, but within four weeks at most, to your request.

We want to inform you that you have the option to file a complaint with the national supervisor, the Dutch Data Protection Authority.

How Marly Grav secures personal data
We take the protection of your data seriously and take appropriate measures to prevent misuse, loss, unauthorized access, unwanted disclosure, and unlawful modification. If you believe that your data is not adequately secured or there are indications of misuse, please contact us at info@marlygrav.com.

Our business processes are optimized for ISO27001. This is a European standard for the implementation of measures regarding information security. All data is stored in a certified data center in Europe (Amsterdam).

We have taken the following measures to secure your personal data:

  • Servers and devices of our employees are equipped with up-to-date security software, such as antivirus and firewall.

  • We only send your data via secure internet connections (TLS, formerly SSL). You can see this in the address bar as ‘https’ and the padlock icon.

  • Access to personal data is secured with 2-factor authentication.

  • Access to personal data from mobile devices is restricted and actively monitored.

  • All employees of Marly Grav who have access to personal data have been trained in handling your data carefully.

  • DKIM and SPF are internet standards we use to prevent you from receiving emails in our name that contain viruses, are spam or intended to obtain personal (login) data.

Cookies, or similar techniques, used by Marly Grav
A cookie is a small text file that is stored in your computer, tablet or smartphone's browser during your first visit to this website. We use 3 types of cookies.

First, the functional cookies with a purely technical functionality. These ensure that the website works properly. Additionally, there are analytical cookies that collect anonymized data about the use of our website and help us optimize the site. We sometimes place promotional content (promotions) on the website.
